Common questions
How do I get Nut Jar Pro back on a new phone?
Install Nut Jar on a device signed in with the same Apple ID, then tap Restore Purchases to turn Pro back on.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings, or from Settings in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policies. You can ask for one through Apple's Report a Problem page.
Where are my stickers stored?
Everything stays on your iPhone. Nut Jar has no account and nothing is uploaded to us, so we can't see or recover your collection for you.
I deleted a sticker by mistake.
Deleted pieces stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days, so you can bring them back from there.
The cut-out isn't quite right.
Cut-outs are made automatically and depend on the photo. The original photo is always kept, so you can choose another crop.
